Easy Returns and Exchanges - Three options to serve you better
In-Store Returns :
On the working day following your event, return your rental to our shop on Saint-Michel Boulevard.
Returns at Your Dry Cleaner :
On the working day following your event, please drop off your rental at one of our local partners. They will return the outfit to us for a $5 fee. Click here to view the list of participating dry cleaners.
Returns by Mail :
For an additional $10, avoid going out by opting for shipping via Purolator (or another mail carrier).
To return or exchange your Classy rental items, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Place the items to be returned or exchanged in the Classy corrugated box. *
When?
For a rental return: within 24 working hours following your event.
For an exchange: As soon as possible after receiving your rental outfit, we can send you your replacement items in time.
*Don’t have a Classy box? Use any box large enough to fit all your items.
STEP 2: Affix the prepaid shipping label to the box.
Check your email. Contact us if the prepaid label is not in your inbox or spam folder.
STEP 3: Request the mail courier to collect the box from your home or work.
