How long before my event do I need to reserve my outfit?
Ideally, as soon as you know the date. If the event is during our peak season (May to October), we recommend that you reserve your outfit at least 3 months in advance. If you’re getting married, reserving early helps guarantee a smooth wedding suit fitting process.
Are alterations included with my rental?
Yes—basic alterations are included in the rental price. This covers adjustments like hemming pant legs or sleeve length to ensure a clean, comfortable fit.
If you need more specific changes, we offer custom alterations for an additional fee. Prices typically range from $40 to $120, plus tax.
Can I rent a tuxedo last-minute?
If your event is in 5+ days, your final fitting and pickup will be 2-3 days before your event.
For a smooth last-minute tuxedo rental process, appointments are always preferred.
How do I return my rented tuxedo?
Returning your tux is simple. You can drop it off in-store on the first business day after your event—or ship it back to us for a $20 flat fee. We’ll provide a return box and prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Using your own courier or Uber? That works too. And if you can’t make it in, someone else can return it on your behalf.
I don’t know what to wear to my event. Can you help?
Absolutely! When you visit our Montréal showroom, one of our stylists will personally work with you to find the ideal look and fit for your event.
Every member of our team is highly skilled and passionate, so expect plenty of advice, guidance, and expert style tips.
